A successfully profiled host in IMU does not provide the option to upgrade the client.
Initially, follow the steps in SOL65255, as this may resolve the issue.
However, for an upgrade to IMU 1.0.2, the client software location has changed from C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Identity Manager for Unix\software\client to C:\Program Files\Quest Software\Identity Manager for Unix\software\1.0.2\client
From the IMU console, log in as supervisor and confirm the client path is correct:
- Select "Preferences", "System Settings"
- Verify the path is correct under "Enter the path where the client software is located on the server"
If the path is not correct, change it accordingly, then restart the IMU service.
