Error message when trying to run a rollback with OAT. -
Description
Running ./oat_changeowner rollback, etc, returns the following errors:
"ERROR: Could not create permission re-assignment list. Details:
WARNING: You have chosen to proceed without changing the runlevel to single-user mode. This may cause inconsistent changes.
ERROR: File '/var/opt/quest/oat/oatwork20110603_1/group_mapping' contains ambiguous map entries:
(200101<-202001)
(202001->116)" -
Cause
Duplicate entries in the etc/group file.

Resolution
If there are duplicate entries in etc/group it could be because 'vastool merge groups' was run. To remove the duplicate entries, run 'vastool unmerge groups', then re-run OAT so that the group_mapping file does not contain duplicate group entries. Then the rollback can be run successfully.
