Can't change group GID through Active Directory Users and Computers MMC (4281306)

Attempted to set a GID for a group in Active Directory Users and Computers Microsoft Management Console (mmc). Selected group, clicked on "Unix-enabled" checkbox, entered a GID of 71 and clicked "Apply". When apply was clicked, the "GID Number" field and "Unix-enabled" checkbox were unset again.

RESOLUTION:

Upgrade to QAS 4.0.3.126 or higher

WORKAROUND:

Set the GID for this group by actually setting up the Quest Identity Manager for Unix Console and changing the GID from there
