The data retention policy is to not retain any data for a subscription that has expired. There is a grace period of thirty days after the subscription has expired.
An email will be sent to the subscription email address notifying the owner that the subscription is at risk of being deleted. Emails will be sent every seven days.
Please note the address the email was sent to. This will correctly identify the organization that is at risk of deletion. Important if there is more than one organization in Starling. Often there is a trial that is no longer in use.
Once deleted there is no mechanism to retrieve the data.
