SPP supports only one email per event subscription; if multiple addresses are added to the same event subscription, notification emails are not sent.
If the subscription has only one email and notifications are not being sent, the issue may be with the notification email template, which has been modified to include additional distribution lists or email addresses, causing the same behavior.
STATUS: Enhancement Request # 703730 has been raised with our Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Passwords.
