SSH connection fails with connection string if port 22 is used for the mgmt port and connection policy.
Description
SSH connection fails with connection string if port 22 is used for the mgmt port and connection policy.
Cause
Accessing the Safeguard for Privileged Sessions (SPS) host directly using SSH is not recommended or supported, except for troubleshooting purposes. SPS cannot distinguish between requests to the SSH management interface or an SSH connection policy when both are using the default port 22.
Resolution
Under Basic Settings | Local Services | SSH server
Disable SSH access to SPS by unchecking the Enable checkbox.
Alternative, select a different network interface configured on SPS that can be used to listen to port 22 for SSH management.
