Windows ends support for the RDP client in favor of the Windows App in May 2025; any users who use RDP and RDS that utilize One Identity SPS will need this supported
Resolution

STATUS: Enhancement Request #489055 has been raised with our Product team for consideration of inclusion within a future release of One Identity Safeguard for Privileged Sessions.
