The following message is seen while attempting to sudo:
pmmasterd7.1.1.0:3367.02 Event not logged: Unable to queue event to evcache directory for audit logging. Please restart pmlogsrvd.

Cause
The "3367.02 Event not logged..." message is usually caused when there are issues creating new files in the evcache directories (/var/opt/quest/qpm4u/evcache/...).
This is usually caused by the file system where the directory is located being full or out of inodes. -
Resolution
Run the following on the evcache directory on all policy servers to check:
'df' and 'df -i'
Example:
df /var/opt/quest/qpm4u/evcache
df -i /var/opt/quest/qpm4u/evcacheIncrease disk space as required.
