Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format
Description

Upgrading Safeguard for Sudo plugin on AIX 7.1 produces the following error:
/opt/quest/libexec/qpm4u_plugin.so.
0509-026 System error: Cannot run a file that does not have a valid format.
sudo: fatal error, unable to load plugins
Cause

Installation on AIX 7.1 TL2 will fail to run with the above message.
Resolution

In order to install Safeguard for Sudo plugin for version 7.1.x and 7.2.x on IBM AIX system, you must be running AIX 7.1 TL3 or higher, or AIX 7.2 (any release).
