Service account is not changing when re-configuring the server service -
Description
When changing the user account for the ScriptLogic PA Reporting service via the Configure a Server wizard in Privilege Manager, the user is not changing when the wizard is complete. User account is still listed when viewed in the Windows services. -
Cause
This is a defect in Privilege Manager. DE2032, DE2033 -
Resolution
This should be resolved in the next version.
WORKAROUND:
Go through the Configure a Server wizard, select the remove the Privilege Manager server option. Once completed, go through the same process to Setup/Configure a Privilege Manager server. -
