How to create a Shared Filter in Privilege Manager
Description
A new shared filter needs to be created for the reports in Privilege Manager.
Cause
The shared filter sets for a report are the report parameters saved to the database. Multiple shared filter sets can be created and saved so that other administrators can use those same settings.
Resolution
In the console select a report to create a shared filter.
Next to the applied filters section on the top of the page chose one of the icons to create, edit, copy or delete a filter.
When the applied filters wizard displays, name the shared filter.
On the left select the filter type, and on the right set the desired parameters.
Once completed click OK to save your changes. The specified filter will display in the Applied Filters list.
