If you have a Starling Organization you can join your Starling Capable product to this Organization.
In order to take advantage of additional functionality provided to the Starling Capable product by Starling services that integrate with that product (such as Starling Connect or Starling Cloud Assistant) you need to purchase a subscription or have an active trial of these Starling services.
You will find an option to join with Starling within the settings area of your Starling Capable product. Once you have selected "Join to Starling", follow the on-screen instructions to complete the join process.
If you are joining to Starling from a web browser you may be prompted to review and confirm the address of the One Identity product that you are joining from. Please check that this URL is known to you and correct before continuing.

You can view the One Identity products that are currently joined to your Starling Organization under this subscription as follows:

After selecting “Join to Starling” in the product, the web browser displays a message stating that an application would like to have permission to join to your Starling organization. The address of the application displayed is not one that you recognize. |
