The Error Message is: "The user account that you signed in with does not have a primary email address configured":
To reproduce the issue:
1. Attempt to register for Starling using an Azure AD user without a primary email address set.
2. Set the primary email address for the user.
3. Attempt to register for Starling again now that the user does have a primary email address set.
4. The registration will still fail saying the user does NOT have a primary email address set.
