Description
When attempting to access the SuccessFactors connector from the Starling connect portal, the following error is seen:
There was a problem contacting the one identity starling server. You may need to refresh your page. -
Cause
Incorrect credentials -
Resolution
Update the credentials on the SuccessFactors side for the account being used in the connection to SuccessFactors in the Starling Connect portal. Once the credentials have been updated in SuccessFactors, please update the SuccessFactors connector credentials in the Starling Connect portal.
