Error creating the mapping rules when attempting to create an SuccessFactors HR connector via the Starling Connect connector (4382170)

When attempting to add the Starling connect connector for an SuccessFactors HR integration, the synchronization editor wizard fails after selecting the SuccessFactors HR template with the following error:

The template (One Identity Starling Connect SuccessFactors HR) could not be applied successfully! VI.Base.ViException: The template (One Identity Starling Connect SuccessFactors HR) could not be applied successfully!

There are disabled attributes within Starling Connect for this specific connector

Ensure that the minimal set of attributes are enabled for the SuccessFactors HR connector in Starling Connect. These are documented under the heading "Minimal set of attributes for the objects" for this connector within the following guide.

To edit the attributes that are used by the connector, please follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to Starling Connect and open the SuccessFactors HR connector
2. Click on the Edit button in the bottom right hand corner
3. Navigate to the Schema object (for the error in the description it is under Employee)
4. Enable the attributes from the minimal set of attributes section of the guide
5. Fill in the missing credentials
6. Click on test connection
7. The changes are automatically saved
8. Attempt to create the Starling Connect Connector for SuccessFactors HR
