When something is not working correctly these steps will provide additional and more detailed logging of what the agent is doing.
**NOTE: In versions of the Starling Radius Agent prior to version 7 there is an issue where an exception is created when debug is enabled. This causes authentications to fail. This has been fixed in version 7 available for download here:

Version 7:
To enable diagnostic logging for Starling Two-Factor RADIUS Agent:
You can find the log file RadiusAgent.log in the Logs folder in the installation directory. Normally, the path to the log file is %ProgramFiles%\One Identity\Starling Two-Factor RADIUS Agent\Logs
Version 6:
To enable diagnostic logging for Starling Two-Factor RADIUS Agent:
You can find the log file RadiusAgent.log in the Logs folder in the installation directory. Normally, the path to the log file is %ProgramFiles%\ One Identity\Starling Two-Factor RADIUS Agent\Logs.
