When trying to setup the Starling 2FA in Android, iOS or Desktop the error;
"Multi-device is disabled. To enable open Starling 2FA on your other device and go to Settings -> Devices."
Since this is the first time it is being setup, the settings page never comes up as an option to change this.
1. The Starling 2FA was installed and multi-device mode was turned OFF (this is ON by default).
2. Then either installed the Starling 2FA on another device or uninstalled the app from the existing device and then reinstalled it while also using the same phone number to register.
Check if you have Starling 2FA installed on a different device and, if so, set it to multi-device mode, at which time you should be able to register on additional devices.
If the previous resolution does not solve the issue please contact support so the account can be successfully removed.
Please provide the phone number associated with the account.
At this point the end-user should be able to set up their Starling 2FA.
