Resolution
Log in to Starling Dashboard https://cloud.oneidentity.com
After you sign in click the Two-Factor Authentication under My Services
If it is not there click the Trial under Two-Factor Authentication and sign up and then click the icon under My Services. For more information on trial account click here
This will bring you to the Two-Factor console. Look on the right of the screen for Subscription key and click >
