Swapping trial Starling to a paid subscription.
Getting message: user account is suspended after click 2fa.
What is the process to "transfer" their trial subscription to a full paid subscription for their Starling Organisation?
Please note that the below instructions must be carried out using the Starling credentials for the registering user of the Starling Org they want the Paid subscription to link to.
All the customer would need to do is:
This would then upgrade the Expiry Date, Quantity and type subscription that the customer has paid for.
