If a user executes a workflow that has the Starling 2FA activity in it the following error may be reported.
“Some errors occurred when executing the following task: Starling 2FA"
"System errors occurred. Contact your administrator”
”Your application is suspended”
The subscription to Starling 2FA has expired and the account has been suspended.
Renew the Starling2FA subscription by contacting your One Identity account manager
Remove the Starling 2FA activity from the workflow and use an alternate user authentication method.
