Does the Syslog-ng PE Agent for Windows support reading files that are being rotated.
Resolution

On windows, every opened file has a lock therefore log rotation is not supported on the Syslog-ng agent and there is no workaround.

There are no current plans to add this functionality to the Syslog-ng agent for Windows.
