Syslog-ng Store Box (SSB) sends an alert with the subject "Report generation is in progress."
(If e-mail alerts have been disabled no e-mail alert is received.)
No reports are received.
1. Log in to the core shell
2. Double-check the stuck report generation process.
ps axu | grep generate-reports.php

3. Terminate the stuck report generation process.
ps ax | awk '/generate-reports.php/ { print $1 }' | xargs kill -9
4. Remove the lock file.
rm /opt/ssb/var/lock/reporting
5. Check if the issue has been solved by generating a partial report.
Navigate to Reports | Configuration | Generate partial daily report.
6. If reports are still not received.
a. Repeat the procedure until step 4.
b. Generate a report in debug mode and open a support ticket attaching the collected debug bundle.
