Description

Seeing the following error when trying to apply the Syslog-ng Store Box license by going to SSB gui | Basic Settings | System | License and browsing to file and clicking the upload button:
Receive errors:
Invalid license file
Bad Signature
Cause

Possibly a corrupted license file or wrong license for version.
Resolution

Please open a One Identity Service request and provide:
1 - A copy of the license file
2 - Screenshot of Basic Settings -> System -> Version Details.
