Description
When logging into the WebUI of Syslog-ng Store Box with an Active Directory user, receive error during authentication:
details='Failed to fetch groups of user from LDAP server - username=''Example", server='ldap://example.domain.com:3389/''
Internal Error; server='ldap://example.domain.com:3389/', error='Other (e.g., implementation specific) error', errno='80'
This error(s) may only be generated for members of one specific group, while other groups may not see this issue occur.

Cause
One of the servers running Active Directory (AD) has not copied the changes from the primary AD server and thus the users in some groups may experience issues logging in. -
Resolution
Ensure all AD servers have been properly synchronized and that the AD Schema is identical on all servers purposed as an AD server.
