Please note: Before upgrading we recommend you do a backup and read the upgrade guide for the version you are upgrading to. Also note that a new license is required for new versions.
To upgrade a standalone SSB node, for upgrading a SSB cluster please see the guide.
1. Stop SSB from accepting the incoming log traffic by doing the following:
Navigate to Basic Settings > System > Service control and click Disable.
a. Navigate to Basic Settings > System > Upgrade.
3. Navigate to Basic Settings > System > System Control > This node, and choose Reboot.
4. Navigate to Basic Settings > System > Version details and check the version numbers of SSB.
5. Navigate to Basic Settings > System > Service control and click Enable
If you have any issues with the upgrade, please open up a Service Request and include a debug bundle if possible by doing the following:
Navigate to Basic Settings > Troubleshooting > System debug and choose Collect and save current system state info.
