Description

SSB VM upgrade error:
Error message: PreCheck Failed: Failed to register machine: connection timed out
Cause

Possibly caused by a time out in version 6.5 that was set too low. This timeout was corrected in subsequent versions.
Resolution

Temporarily increase the amount of CPUs and memory allocated to the VM and run the upgrade again.
