Step 1
Please start by accessing the SSB (Syslog-ng Store Box) via SSH using a terminal such as Putty.
NOTE - If SSH is disabled, please see the section "Enabling SSH access to the SSB host" in the Administration Guide for the latest SSB release.
Step 2
After logging in the following screen should be present:
Please select "Change passwords"
Step 3
Please choose either:
1 Change admin password
2 Change root password
Step 4
Please set the password accordingly.
Step 5
Please log out and log into the WebUI of the SSB using the new password.
