On a T10 HA after a reboot cluster the former secondary comes up as Primary and starts to sync data from the Primary.
During this time the /proc/drbd gives the following information on the Primary:

This defect has been confirmed and change request #SSB-2747 has been raised for tracking of the issue.
There is no ETA on when the fix will be implemented in a future release as of yet.
