Cannot search in remote logspace -
Description
When trying to search in the Remote Logspaces, you get the following error: "Logspace is not available at the moment " and in the logs you can see the following lines:ERROR (user@IP) cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificateERROR (user@IP) REST API failure -
Cause
The CA X.509 certificate of the remote SSB has not been uploaded to the SSB where the remote logspace was created or the wrong certificate has been uploaded. -
Resolution
Please note: The SSB does not support two-tier certificates or chain certificates.
1. Downloaded the CA X.509 certificate of the remote SSB. To download the server certificate, navigate to Basic Settings > Management > SSL certificate > CA X.509 certificate, and click on the certificate.
2. On the SSB where the remote logspace was created navigate to Log > Remote Logspaces
3. In the Remote certificate authority section, click to upload the server certificate of the remote SSB. A pop-up window is displayed. Click Browse, select the certificate of the remote SSB, then click Upload.
