+++++++++++++++++
For the purposes of this KB article ‘XYZ’ is the name of the deleted logstore.
The directory “/opt/ssb/var/logspace/name/” should not contain any sub-directories or files. It should only contain symbolic links to logstore ID’s.
.
# ls -lR /opt/ssb/var/logspace/name/XYZ
If it is a symbolic link open a case with One Identity Technical Support as the deleted logstore may still be active
If there are current timestamps then it may mean that one or more files are getting updated.
If that is the case please open a service request with One Identity Technical Support as the deleted logstore may still be active
# cp -R /opt/ssb/var/logspace/name/XYZ/ /tmp
If there are any problems restore the copy that was sent to the /tmp directory and open a service request with One Identity Technical Support. Otherwise it should be safe to delete this directory from /tmp.
