After you believe the firmware has completed the upgrade, please do the following:
Go to AAA > Settings > User database — Configure LDAP authentication and click the Test button and let us know the outcome.
If it fails the first time please give it another hour and test again. If it still fails open up a Service Request with support and include the following information:
1 - A screenshot of your configuration in the SSB
Go to AAA > Settings > User database — Configure LDAP authentication
2 - Enable debug and collect the current state of the system by doing the following:
Go to Basic Settings -> Management -> Debug logging Tick the Enable debug logs checkbox Commit Reproduce the issue Uncheck the Enable debug logs checkbox Generate a debug bundle from the SSB ( Basic Settings -> Troubleshoooting -> Collect and save current system state info )
