How to resolve a CSV report download lock issue. This KB applies to the CVS lock only. -
Description
A CSV report download is not possible. SSB is showing a " Internal lock error; lock='ps_logspace_dynamic_columns_cache_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx', holder='SYSTEM@xcb' " error message.NOTE - This KB article should NOT be applied in scenarios where the CSV download is not the root cause of the error. It should only be applied when the lock is seen as the result of clicking CSV, as shown in this screenshot.

Cause
The mentioned logspace is locked by the system. -
Resolution
There is a lock directory under /opt/ssb/var/lock directory. That lock directory contains all the locked files / logspaces. The content of the lock directory can be deleted (# rm /opt/ssb/var/lock/ *) to resolve this issue.
Also, it is a good resolution to just remove the specific lock file that refers to the logspace / file in the lock directory, to be able to have the respective logspace / file unlocked.
