Following error message seen in SSB logs:

Cause
Product defect:
437876 - SSB LDAP login handling error if gidNumber is not present -
Resolution
STATUS:
Waiting for a fix in a future release of Syslog-ng Store Box
WORKAROUND:
Ensure that the user has a gidNumber configured in LDAP. -
