"invalid configuration" message is seen when attempting to commit a change via GUI . (4380652)

When attempting to save configuration change via GUI , "invalid configuration" message is seen and unable to save the config.

Full message :  The configuration has not been changed because the changes you want to apply would result in an invalid configuration.

It can be caused if the syslog-ng config was opened with text editor ,which is not a standard practice and it could be "desynced" from the rest of the config processing as it is expected by the SSB during runtime.

 "restart syslog-ng" from the GUI and attempt to save the config changes.

To restart - Login into the UI and navigate to Basic settings>System > restart syslog-ng
