7.1 Modifying Your Password

For the Windows XP/2003 procedure, see the Windows XP/2003 section below.
For the Windows 7/2008 procedure, see the Windows 7/2008 section below.

Click the Change a Password button.
To modify the password of another user, type the following information in the User field: <user domain>\<user name> or <user name>@<domain name>

Click Change a Password.

Fill in the Password field and click OK.

In the Notification area, right click the Advanced Login and select Change PIN.

7.3 Resetting Your Password or PIN by Answering a Series of Personal Questions

7.3.1 Initializing the Self Service Password Request Feature

When the SSPR feature is enabled, you can define your questions (optional) and answers the first time that your Advanced Login is activated. Then you may need to modify this data in the following cases:
You can initialize the SSPR through the Self Service Admin Portal (see Self Service Admin Portal User Guide) or by using Advanced Login as detailed in the following procedure.

Right-click the Advanced Login icon located in the notification area, and select Manage Security Questions.
