8.5.1 Unlocking Smart Cards from the Smart Card Panel

This section describes how to unlock smart cards from the Smart Card panel. For information on how to unlock smart cards from the Directory panel, see 8.5.2 Unlocking Smart Cards from the Directory Panel.

In the Smart Card panel, click the Manage tab.
2.
In the Management of locked smart cards area, to check that the number of locked smart card is up to date, click Refresh.
3.
Click Manage.
The secret code appears in the Unblocking Secret column.

8.5.2 Unlocking Smart Cards from the Directory Panel

This section describes how to unlock smart cards from the Directory panel. For information on how to unlock smart cards from the Smart Card panel, see 8.5.1 Unlocking Smart Cards from the Smart Card Panel.

In the tree structure of the Directory panel, click the user for which you want to unlock a smart card.

In the Smart Card tab, click the Unblock button.
