In the Management of locked smart cards area, to check that the number of locked smart card is up to date, click Refresh. |

In the tree structure of the Directory panel, click the user for which you want to unlock a smart card. |

Fill in the General tab with any contact information useful to the end user (as the name, phone number or e-mail address of the administrator). |
