16.1.2 Generating User Account Reports

In the Reporting panel, select the User accounts tab.

In the Report values area, use the Add and Remove buttons to select the users for which you want to see associated accounts.
Use the Browse tab to browse the directory tree structure or use the Search tab to find the users according to their name.

Click Generate.

16.1.3 Generating Administrators Report

In the Reporting panel, select the Administrators tab.

Click Generate.

16.1.4 Generating Analysis and Statistics Reports

In the Reporting panel, select the Analysis and Statistics Reports tab.

In the Report drop down list, select the pre-defined report you want to generate.

Select a time frame with the from and to drop down lists.
5.
Select a language.
6.
Click Generate.

16.2 Exporting the Generated Report

In the Export options area:
a)
For the Application/User accounts and Administrators reports, select the elements you want to export in a .csv file:
Export user DN: user DN will be exported in the .csv file with all the information displayed in the report table.
Export account DN (Application accounts and User accounts tabs only): account DN will be exported in the .csv file with all the information displayed in the report table.
b)
For the Analysis and Statistics reports, go to step 2.
2.
Click Export.
Select the UTF-8 check box to export in UTF-8 format.
Click Export.
