2.1.2 Resetting Your Primary Password

You can reset your password upon session opening (see Advanced Login for Windows User Guide) or by using the Self Service Admin portal, as detailed in the following procedure.
1.
Enter the Self Service Admin portal URL in your web browser, such as:
http://yourwebserver.yourdomain.com/
The Self Service Admin portal page opens.
2.
Click Primary Password Reset.
The Password Reset page opens.
3.
Enter your Username and click the Submit button.
The Question page opens.
5.
Enter your new password in the New password and Confirm new password fields and click the Submit button.

2.1.3 Unlocking your primary account

Enter the Self Service Admin portal URL in your web browser, such as:
http://yourwebserver.yourdomain.com/
The Self Service Admin portal page opens.

Click Primary Account Unlock.
The Authentication page appears.
3.
Enter your Username and click the Submit button.

2.2 Managing Access to Your Applications

2.2.1 Delegating a user account

Enter the Self Service Admin portal URL in your web browser, such as:
http://yourwebserver.yourdomain.com/
The Self Service Admin portal page opens.

Click Access Delegation.
The Authentication page opens.
3.
Enter your Username and Password in the corresponding fields and click the Sign in button.
The Account Delegation page opens.
