How do you configure TPAM to require a Ticket number for every Request?
Login to to the /tpam interface (previously /par).
- Go to Systems, Accounts & Collections | Systems | Manage Systems.
- Locate the Managed System that you want to require a Ticket Number for on the "Listing" tab.
- Click the "Details" tab, then select the "Ticket System" tab and check the box for "Require Ticket Number from" and select your configured Ticket system from the drop down menu.
Also check the box next to "Push ticket defaults out to all accounts & files".
Also, Accounts associated with this System will not require a Ticket number for requesting.
