Description
When having multiple TPAM appliances, using the same browser, there is an incompatibility with the web interface token. Even closing all the web interfaces windows, clearing cache & cookies, the access is rejected
"The login token key was invalid or has expired. Please try logging in again. Contact Technical Support if this problem persists."

Cause
Token Expired. -
Resolution
Close all open browsers to all TPAM interfaces. Delete the browser cache and then close the browser window. Open a new browser window and connect to TPAM interface. -
Additional Information
If using a load balancer in front of TPAM ensure the source address is correct, to ensure TPAM has the correct token.
