From Microsoft KB154690, EventID:9 indicates a possible Drive controller / Hard Drive issue.

- Check if the failure LED on the Hard Drive are lighted up.
- Ensure you have a full backup stored on the Archive Server and a replica appliance is online, reboot the appliance from /paradmin and monitor the boot up sequence.
The boot up sequence would test and indicate if there is any hardware or hard drive failure. Take a screenshot of the failure with the camera.
Export the Support Bundle and/or alerts logs and contact Support with the screenshot to determine the next course of action.
