No, there is no uninstall concept in TPAM - it is not possible to remove hotfix or upgrade patches. TPAM has a revert to snapshot feature, however this is not guaranteed to be successful. It’s even possible over the course of normal operation that an appliance may lose its default snapshot
In order to remove a specific patch, the TPAM appliance would need to be set back to factory defaults, and a backup restored.

If the appliance was restored to a "Appliance Factory Defaults" snapshot, the appliance would need to have the initial configuration redone.
