In some situations the TPAM appliances face issues contacting the configured NTP servers.
When logged into the Date / Time Configuration on Primary or Replica appliances and selecting the "Resync with current NTP Servers (if any)" option the following message is displayed:
"Sending resync command to local computer
The computer did not resync because only stale time data was available"
Select the "Restart W32Time Service" option and then click "Perform Selected Diagnostic"
Then select "Resync with current NTP Servers"
Verify the output in the bottom window showing the service restarted and then successfully resynced with the NTP server.
