Description
Is there an existing report or method to produce a listing showing any new UserIDs that may have been added to TPAM via Active Directory Integration during a specific timeframe? -
Resolution
Viewing the Group ('/tpam' interface; "Users & Groups | List Groups") can produce a list of Members in that group via the 'Members' tab. The option to 'Export to Excel' or 'Export to CSV' will be available.
For some historical information, viewing the '/tpam' interface and navigating to the "Auto Discovery | LDAP Mapping" tab, it is possible to view the Log for the required LDAP Mapping - however the Global Setting for the 'Retention Period - Account Discovery Agent Log' has a maximum of 30 days.
Another option would be to view the "Reports | Activity Reports | Activity Report".
Here, it is possible to filter for "All Dates" and a User Name of "Automation Engine".
It may also be useful to further filter by other options such as "Single Operation" or "Add Member" or possibly by other values such as Group Name depending on the required results.
NOTE: The results here are limited by the Global Setting for "Retention Period Activity Log". This has a default setting of 90 days and a maximum setting of 365.
