Description
Error when logging onto the /tpam interface:
"Server Error"
"500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed."
The /admin interface works without error.

Cause
Memory pressure on TPAM appliance due to File Transfers. That is a problem regardless of whether the PSM session is through LocalServer or a DPA.

Resolution
WORKAROUND
Do not file transfer large files.
STATUS
Issue resolved in version 2.5.916. In 2.5.915 and prior, file transfers are streamed through IIS. In .916 that is no longer a problem since the PSM session is completely outside the browser and downloads are SCP'd down to the applet directly from the session host. In 2.5.916, even if the session is hosted by a console it will not cause the IIS worker process to grow.
