Cause
Cached applet conflicting with downloaded version when using multiple versions of TPAM -
Resolution
Clear the Java applet cache folder.To perform this:1. Browse to the Windows Control Panel.2. Open the Java Control Panel.3. On the "General" tab, click on the Settings button under "Temporary Internet Files"4. Click "Delete Files".5. Select all the 3 options and then click OK- Trace and Log Files- Cached Applications and Applets- Installed Applications and Applets.
