Security Log Category Definition (4259885)

The Security Log in /admin | Logs | Security Log is an extension of the Microsoft Security Event Log which TPAM exposes to a Sys-Admin user via the /admin interface. 

The nine different Category’s in the TPAM Security Event Logs are exactly those provided by Microsoft’s Security Event Log. However, TPAM is a hardened appliance and as such, some feature are disabled / not applicable, or are not available via the TPAM web interface / CLI (for example modifying the firewall / domain controller validation / Kerberos etc) - hence some Category’s may never be populated with data, but they are all exposed should an Microsoft event ever be recorded.

Therefore, the “Category” explanation is already documented by Microsoft.
