Batch Reports are run as part of the Daily Maintenance process. Data Extracts are scheduled individually. Verifying whether a Report is enabled can be done by any TPAM Administrator by looking at the Report Subscriptions and Data Extract Schedules pages. Customers with huge dataset running Entitlement Reports as part of the Batch Reports are recommended to do so via Data Extracts instead of Batch Reports.
The Report Subscriptions page should have each of the three Entitlement Reports (User Entitlement, User File Entitlement, PSM Entitlement) and set to Disabled. Any Data Extract Schedule which includes either of the UserEntitlements or UserPSMEntitlements data sets should be run as a separate schedule and timed such that it does not overlap the typical Daily Maintenance window or other data extracts.
To investigate any performance related issue, the following logs are required.
- Batch Reports activity can be exported from the /admin interface Logs | Proc Log by filtering on Proc Name=BatchReports
- Daily Maintenance Log information is also in the /admin interface under System Status/Settings | Agents | Daily Maintenance.
- Support Bundle
