Error when reset password on Oracle platform -

Cause
The database had a DDL trigger configured to monitor changes to the database.This causes a conflict when TPAM attempts to change the password via OCINewPassword.
The DDL party is not able to handle the changes brought about by the OCINewPassword function. -
Resolution
How Oracle platform handles password reset ?TPAM set a temporary password with an expired status so that we can securely change it securely using java OCINewPassword. A possible option is to change the platform to Oracle Legacy, where the password is simply changed using the alter user command without using the OCINewPassword method.WORKAROUND
1. Work with the Oracle admin to determine, confirm and fix the DDL trigger conflicting with the password change routine.2. Verify if password management works with Oracle (Legacy) platform on TPAM.3. Verify if password management works with Oracle platform but with SSL enabled. (From 2.5.916+)
